Welcome to the khlo platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and khlo. By browsing the website, opening an account, placing bets, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below.

Definitions and Scope
Certain terms used in these Terms and Conditions have specific meanings as follows:
- "khlo" or "Platform" refers to the khlo-vip.cam website and all its services, mobile applications, and associated digital channels.
- "User" or "you" refers to any person who creates an account on the khlo platform or uses its services.
- "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all related services.
- "Account" refers to a user's registered personal profile on the khlo platform.
- "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi currency, Taka.
These Terms apply to all activities connected with khlo. By using any khlo service, users are bound to comply with these Terms in full. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy applies with equal importance and is considered part of this agreement.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on the khlo platform, users must provide valid and accurate information. It is the user's responsibility to keep their name, address, mobile number, and other details up to date at all times.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, or if multiple members of the same household use the same device, IP address, or payment method, khlo reserves the right to suspend or cancel the accounts concerned at any time.
2.3 Password Security
Keeping account login details completely confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing a password with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, khlo support must be notified immediately.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
Age restrictions on the khlo platform are strictly enforced. Only persons aged 21 or over may open an account and use the services. At the time of registration, the user declares that they are over 21 years of age.
3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
khlo may request identity verification from a user at any time. In such cases, a copy of a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document may be required. If the necessary documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3.2 Address Verification
For large-value deposit or withdrawal transactions, khlo may request proof of the user's residential address. A utility bill, bank statement, or similar document is acceptable for this purpose.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on the khlo platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). For bank transfers, transactions can be made from Bangladesh's major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
4.3 Transaction Verification
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are verified automatically. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, khlo may temporarily hold the transaction for further verification. Transactions may only be made using payment methods registered in the user's name; use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
khlo offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing this bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus applies only to the account into which it was credited; it cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements have been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus can only be activated after the conditions of the current one have been fulfilled.
- khlo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings accumulated from it will be cancelled.
5.3 Other Promotions
The weekly khlo deposit reward, daily play bonus, khlo cricket festival offer, birthday khlo gift, and refer-a-friend khlo reward — each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the promotion page. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any promotion is mandatory.
A bonus is never direct cash — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, no bet can be cancelled or changed. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds, khlo reserves the right to void that bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
For all sports bets including cricket and football, the odds displayed by khlo and the conditions of the event apply. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, the relevant bet will be handled in accordance with khlo's policy.
6.3 Casino Games and RTP
All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others), and each game has its own RTP and rules. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator and cannot be influenced by either khlo or the user.
6.4 Maximum Win Limits
Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or events. Any such limits will be communicated in the relevant game description or in the relevant section of the khlo platform.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khlo platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing bets using third-party funds or in another person's name.
- Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of earning bonuses ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
- Using any software, bots, or automated tools to gain an advantage on the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's security systems or odds calculation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to harm other users.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by the User
A user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting khlo support. All active wagers and pending transactions must be settled before the account is closed. If any bonus conditions remain unfulfilled, those bonuses will be cancelled.
8.2 Suspension or Cancellation by khlo
khlo may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of the Terms or participation in prohibited activities.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
- Suspicion of financial fraud or manipulation.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
The khlo platform provides services on an "as is" basis. khlo is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, internet outages, third-party software issues, or events beyond its control.
- khlo does not guarantee uninterrupted service — temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance or upgrade purposes.
- khlo does not bear responsibility for issues arising from a user's device or internet connection.
- khlo is not directly liable for software errors or outages on the part of third-party game providers.
- If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, khlo will resolve that bet in accordance with its standard policy.
Data Protection
Detailed guidelines on how khlo collects, stores, and uses users' personal information are described separately in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies with equal importance alongside these terms.
khlo uses SSL encryption and other modern security technologies to protect users' financial information and transactions. However, it is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their personal device and network.
Responsible Gaming
khlo supports gaming as a form of entertainment, but urges users to stay alert against excessive or impulsive betting. Every user should play within their means and not treat betting as a source of income.

Dispute Resolution
12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Second-Level Review
If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, the complaint will be escalated to khlo's senior review team. This process generally results in a decision being communicated within 3–5 business days.
12.3 Final Decision
